Exchanges (Badalna)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email and mail your item to our return address.
Hum saaman tabhi badalte (exchange karte) hain agar wo pehle se kharab ho ya raste mein toot-phoot gaya ho. Agar aapko wahi saaman badalna hai, toh hamein email karein aur saaman hamare return address par bhej dein.

To process an exchange, a clear Unboxing Video is mandatory. This video must show the package being opened for the first time and highlight the defect.
Exchange ke liye Unboxing Video dena zaroori hai. Video mein saaf dikhna chahiye ki parcel pehli baar khola ja raha hai aur saaman mein kya kami hai.

Kisi bhi kami ki soochna aur exchange ki request aapko saaman milne ke 7 dino ke andar deni hogi.
Gifts (Tohfe)
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, we will send a refund to the gift giver
Agar kharidte waqt saaman ko ‘Gift’ mark kiya gaya tha aur wo seedha aapko bheja gaya tha, toh return ke badle aapko utni hi keemat ka ‘Gift Credit’ ya voucher milega. Agar wo gift mark nahi tha, toh refund us shaks ko milega jisne saaman kharida tha.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to our registered address. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable
Apna saaman wapas bhejne ke liye, aapko ise hamare registered pate par courier karna hoga. Saaman wapas bhejne ka courier kharcha aapko khud dena hoga. Shipping ka kharcha refund nahi kiya jata.
